chill have you come up with a way to water proof the coil pack and spark plug spaces ?? probably not a big issue with a astra but its a nightmare on a vx220
evocarlos oops mock up with a z20let belt the modded a20nft bracket got to get it in there some how :S
evocarlos 2nd pulley removed bracket fitted z20let belt on 5pk 1683 and from the top well it works 🙂 and the alternator is giving 13.9v constantly and after running for 5mins the pulley was cool to the touch
evocarlos thought the manifold was blowing I was wrong 🙂 it was just a lot of soot from last time cleaned it off now

vocky Not sure if that's just where the coolant has run down the side of the pump or not but my pump started to leak there. Some sealant around the 'O' ring (behind the end plate) seems to have worked as it's not leaked since.

I think it was from the pipe fitted to the inlet there was a drip hanging on the pipe or it could be from the joint higher up I will keep an eye on it now ive changed the jubblie

Dave_Gilbert Modify the subframe n bulkhead n move everythibg back 8inches or so so u dont have to. Hahahaha
