The hose at your chargecooling tank looks realy tiny. Are you pumping the entire current through the tank?

heres how it is set up now 🙂
the tank for the charger cooler
pumping water thru a tank does nothing to improve cooling only a larger rad can do that
so i chose to use the tank as a reservoir to keep the pump supplied with a head of water
the small pipe is connected to the top of the charge cool rad to continually bleed any air from the system 🙂
some work from today
new not restrictive air filter thats 100% serviceable 🙂
took the battery tray out and fixed the gear selector issue with it touching
now it misses 🙂
added a lip to hold the battery down and put the 50mm split tube on the rad hose
the lip 🙂
tidied up the loom and moved the ecu
now i just need to make a braket for the ecu and seal the down pipe flange
