So expensive the camera had trouble focusing on the big number by the looks of it lol

also need to order the davies crage booster pump i have determined that the reason i have no heater performance is there's no water flowing thru the heater matrix till the cars up to 80c

Is there no whater flow because of the pump is working at to low intervall or because of the flow design of the engine?

pump is pulsing 10sec on 20sec off till 20* before the set point
then 10sec on 10off untill 5* before the set point
then pwm on at set point
fan comes on 3* after set point
so if 85c is the set point
from cold the pump pulses 10 on 20 off until 65c
then from 65c to 80c the pump is pulsing 10 on 10 off
then from 80c to xxx the pump is on full but pwm from 6v to your maximum voltage

the other issue is as the pump is installed before where the thermostat used to be (now removed) the water loop for the heat exchanger is misplaced and causes a short cut back to the pump inlet
i've tried 2 different ways and one works the heater but messes the engine cooling up and the other works great on the engine but no heaters so i think installing the EBP electric booster pump water can be taken direct from the block and pumped thru the heater matrix 100% or the time making no frosty windows in the winter and my feet warm when i want them to be lol

set up an engine on the bench to make a manifold
got a mate coming with his tig welder so will see what happens then 🙂

added a fuel filter to the charge cooler loop got some gunk in the bottle that keeps blocking the 1mm restrictor

new loom tape and 50mm spilt tubing for the water pipe by the battery

and here's the down pipe it will have a flange so i can fit and remove a decat

a mate come round and made a start to the manifold

after some tinkering and cutting its working out right 🙂

2" primary on only managed to fit 2 the pipes i ordered did not come in the post and the 45* bends i ordered were mild steel ffs!

modded cat now for 3" pipe 🙂

with no 45* bends i decided to cut one of the 90* bends in half then make the other 2 runners
also had to adjust the flexy a little

looks like bane's face and ive still got room to do up the lower bolts

wideband sensor in the pipe tacked in the lambda boss

and i got some plugs to make an adapter lead to convert the 3pin map to 4pin tmap and then some plugs to take the iat in also

welding the flange was a bitch

the others were fine

just need to make an adjustment to the flexy give it some room so to speak
