few more bits done
charge cooler pump bracket had to be cut to miss the oil level sensor and added a spacer to match the spacers on the block

drives shafts almost level

vectra c a/c pump cleaned and painted had to give the clutch a right good blow out there was rust inside make a row all good now tho

on to plan b with the a/c pump

bilberry wheel cleaner on my old one

not bad 🙂

shortened the wire to the reverse switch

a/c pump and pipes fitted

inlet dipstick and alternator fitted the nut spacers kept falling off so they got superglued in place

new bracket drilled tapped and spaced out even used an old valve guide seal to center it on the bolt

and belt fitted 🙂

its the standard LSJ bracket for the pump

new rocker cover 🙂

its now an evo part and not marked saab 🙂

there was a few pimples to be removed

2000 wet and dry

polished with megs scratch x 2.0

same for the back and front wet sanding

polished with megs ultimate compound and megs ultimate polish on the das with a 60mm pad

all done and its now on the engine but no pic of it on the engine as my battery went flat

Mines keeping the road dry outside my house, has been doing a fantastic job for about 5 weeks now n counting.

led fuses
black wax oil
5l of nitro+
2kg fire extinguisher
gas soldering iron
shit load of stainless jubblies

finished off the water pump circuit and filled it up

water wetter going in

after running the pump the bottle kept filling do to the shortcut from the heater matrix to the pump
so made some alterations to the heater feed and return and its all working fine
will have to see if i get hot water to the heaters after its running

pump running 100%
