had to recoil the threads on the rocker cover that holds the lsj trim the bolt i had used where too short and pulled the threads
the kit - the drill bit it was in the drill

drilled and tapped

coil fitted

also fitted the new gm bypass valve
made up so pipes from silicone tubing

preload tool added to the valve

bolted to the charger and the flap on the stop

and now with the engine running the 2nd port stays put as it should 🙂
