I think im under estimating but im not 100% sure im not a pro, if carl goes as far as i think he will, theres the boost n rev limiter, pistons n con rods etc
i was told years ago by a rally mechanic about smoothing all the cast marks on the inside of the block making the engine run smoother, not sure it would give any horses but wouldnt hurt, and he also told me if money was no object to get as many con rods as i could then weigh them all to find the lightest 1 then lighten the rest to match so they were balanced(like the crank) same with pistons.
