blanked egr,fitted cheater.
removed egr pipe and blanked that off.
fitted new TB gasket.

that is fine

nothing wrong there, I have seen TPS sitting at 2% on idle as a result of an air leak on the inlet manifold, normal operation is 5-8%, KPA is spot on too

and the p1415 is bullshit as the z22se has not got a secondary air pump, these are used to help increase warm up times on cold engines thus improve emissions, p14** is emissions and air intake side

does the lecu light kick on idle or when rev over a certain range ?

no Mike,EML light only comes on when driven hard,over 4500rpm and then goes into limp mode.

Does it get sluggish and under power too? Could be a possible blocked cat?

hmm have you replaced the inlet manifold ?

you might have a small crack that opens up on massive vacuum

no,got a replacement,but couldn't get the original one off:mad:

actually getting it out.
there doesn't seem to be enough space to remove it:confused:

does the rad need removing?

rad dont need to move
2 x m6 nuts holding the loom tray
2 x m6 bolts with 13mm nuts holding fuel rail to head
1 x 17mm nut on fuel line
1 x 19mm nut on fuel line
unclip loom tray on left side lift rail to on top of the rocker cover
disconnect all vacuum lines
unbolt dipstick
unbolt inlet and then remove 2 m6 studs from the head and lift up
