5M1THY Hi I want to de cat my van but does anyone know if a coupe turbo de cat pipe is the same as the 2.2? I don't really want to pay £300 for a 200 cell de cat as I don't need to worry about it passing an mot.

evocarlos turbo is different there flanged 2.2 is sleeve fit 200 cell is less than a ton on the bay 🙂 if you take the main cat out you will get eml after 500 mile i did lol
5M1THY Oh right I could get one for free so it was worth a try lol, ill have a look on flea bay for one I don't mind the eml light being on if it's for a good cause :-) it doesn't affect the runnin it being on does it?
5M1THY That's exactly what I want :-) just need to find one now I just can't afford £300 odd from Courtney well not for the time being anyway.

5M1THY Sweet I take it it's built into the manifold then I no on the turbos you can buy a silly bit of pipe to replace the pre cat I just want it to pop and bang if i boot it but still be fairly quiet if I want it to be

5M1THY I cannot find a 200 cell car for less than £300 so I'm thinking I might just buy a turbo pipe and modify it to fit I've got a 4 2 1 manifold and full 2 inch exhaust system on my renault all in was less lol

5M1THY :-) haha nice now I feel stupid lol nice one though I typed in everything I could think of but with vauxhall in front I take vauxhall out and it's there straight away lol
evocarlos there stainless steel case so if its going on to a steel system you will need dissimilar rods to do it i had it in my watch list from the other week when i had the down pipe made 🙂

5M1THY Oh okay yeah that shouldn't be a problem I have a welding mate luckily :-) in winter I seriously want to drive my megane and take the van off the road and really go through it and tidy it up it looks good but underneath it needs some loving :-)
