This looks good, will have to watch vid when am at my pc, i have cut out all spuds, including chips and crisps no chocolate and no fizzy drinks, very similar to mike, my diet consists of
Breakfast: Musli or toast
Lunch cold-meat sandwich with salad and an apple or orange
Tea is anything really with pasta or rice
Will snack on yoghourts and fruit at nighttime.
I am 79.5Kg on the works scales... I dont know what that is in stone's, i really want to get rid of my belly and moobs lol
For exercise i am only doing push-up's around 80 a day was up to over a 100 but stopped due to back injury
I know i should do more but have not found anything really maybe insanity could be for me 🙂
