Average male needs between 2,000 and 2,500 per day. You can calculate your required intake using this formual
66 + (6.23 x weight in pounds) + (12.7 x height in inches) - (6.8 x age in years)

1.9 (extremely active)
So for me: 66 + (6.23 X 141) + (12.7 X 68) - (6.8 X 29)
66 + 878.43 + 863.6 - 197.2 = 1610.83
That is what I need to exist and do nothing
Then X 1.7 because I'm very active = 2738 cal per day
