@[deleted] 2 options.
Option one is to fill the the pcv with a sealer and cover the slot up the gaskets.
Option two is to do the pcv mod. The pcv mod is what @[deleted] has done and what carl done to mine. Where u use the the hole on the z20net gasket as the pcv slot, all u got to do is to drill into the head slighty and then down on an left angle so the new hole u just done connects to the original pcv slot as shown in pic below.

In pic the orignal pcv slot in the centre with a bit of oil coming out and the new drilled hole upto the right at the 1 o'clock postion( pic blurred sorry).

A better pic. This is with the gaskets fitted and u can see the new hole carl drilled into the head lines up perfect with pcv slot on the gaskets. Also note how the hole in going down on an angle to connet to the original pcv slot as mentioned earlier.
