okay gimme a few minutes ill go have a look with opcom it will be quicker

my camera is battered but hopefully you can see
it gives a yaw sensor reading and a steering angle sensor reading but in the second pic that's the codes that are showing
according to opcom it should have self levelling headlights and climate control but none of them are fitted.
its all from a 2004 cab so it must of been a pretty high spec model..

It says lateral acceleration sensor no signal

opcom will always show other features but the won't load if not installed
the torque reduction could be a number of things it would take even me a while to sort it all out

I'm not sure if it has anything to do with it but I've never been able to adjust my headlights it could be the adjusters but neither have ever worked nor does the one I put in from other lights it has a manual adjuster on the light switch but it does nothing..

The esp is a separate option in opcom so like you say it isn't anything to do with the abs unit that's obviously just the tc light.

I've never worked on esp systems but it would be nice if I could get it working there may be other 2.2 vans appearing but none with tc and esp 🙂

the esp is part of the bosch abs/esp unit it also includes traction control
there are many things that differ on the the esp to non esp cars i had looked in to swapping mine over but heard the esp is worse than the standard t/c

in opcom you pick either abs/tc ecu or abs/esp ecu if i choose abs/esp the connection times out as i dont have that ecu 🙂

Got my Op-com now, just need to learn how it all works (had to get someone to remotely sort out the drivers as it doesn't install on Win7/8, needs to be re-flashed to work). Then see if I can program my other key. Only pain is that you have to take it out of park in order to plug it in as it won't fit, lol.

it won't need to be flashed if its 1.45 thats the bests one to have
the driver for win7 requires admin permissions and driver singing turned off as with any non microsoft approved drivers 🙂

on opcom on mine it says abs/tc then underneath that it's just esp it doesn't say abs/esp but it goes straight into it.
my tc doesn't work either maybe it's been done for a reason lol.

I installed it straight away on my windows 8 but like Carl said you need to disable driver signatures so the usb driver can be installed

I see, didn't realise that. A guy I found on the Astra Owners forum flashed it for me last night. Installed fine on the laptop then. Been out and played today with it seeing what keys are programmed. Looks like my spare won't program, possibly due to it being already programmed. Every time I tried it it said failed either as a new key or old one.

I don't know much about programing keys tbh I've only got one for mine but I'm going to change all my locks eventually anyway. I presume you entered your security code?

ordered an nkg lamda sensor today need to wait till Monday for it but the Renaults coming out tomorrow so it's no bother

Yeah inserted the security code from my card but thinking that maybe it's been programmed before to another car and just had the blade changed as it came apart relatively easily. Going to solder a new chip on and give it a go. Nothing ventured nothing gained.

dash loom is done duel pass Is done and after next weekend I have a garage to do the work in I'm the only one doing any work haha
also I'm in the middle of painting some door handles and I've stripped off 8 layers of paint from my wheels so they should look fresh 🙂

I'll take some pics on Tuesday it will be running with a new lamda sensor then.. but look at the state of this lol the second pic is how they are now just need a bit of sanding in places and ill paint them
