Join the club lol End of the day we own vauxhalls, so we'll always have jobs to do and your van is great nic for S reg.

It's cool I love it really just not when I can't get to work lol ordered a starter motor for tomorrow think it was £96 for a bosch one.
The wipers work fine apart from not parking at the bottom and intermittent so ill worry about that when it rains lol

Mine do that bud, done it from the day I got the coupe. I just put up with it as it doesn't bother me atm lol

Oh really? it bugs the he'll out of me but it hasn't rained so it's all good lol
I thought it would be a fuse or relay but apparently it's the motor but I can't say I've really looked

starter motor is off and sounds pretty fucked to me lol it won't let me upload the video :-( new one is on and the van is running again :-) I had to take the manifold off as I couldn't find the extension to get the top bolt which was annoying but Its made me decide that the egr pipe needs to go,
the manifold seriously needs a clean and my valves look a bit shitty so once the Megane is on the road I might see about stripping it down and doing some bits

How much work u got left to do on the megane??

Not that much I've just got to put the engine in and then the new clutch I did the cambelt and water pump the other day :-)

sort off but it's not the engine I took out its bare and I've got all the shafts and shocks etc out so in this case I'll have loads of room to do it plus I know that car like the back of my hand last time I took the engine out I almost stripped the car to a bare shell when I didn't have a missus lol

I've had it 7 years now every time I replace it the replacement gets sold and I go back to that but obviously not this time :-)

how do u know its diesel?

It's either diesel a redtop or a 1.6 petrol as anything else would need a 5 stud conversion

As far as i know you can't run a turbo or 2.2 without 5 stud as they need the abs sensors on the hubs. its the colour I'd have min if I was to respray it its well nice.
I've got one of them spoilers but it's not a genuine one so it won't be going on my van 🙁

oh i love that spoiler, i dint know that about the abs sensors, has dave with the z22se supercharged corsa got 5 stud? i dint take any notice at pvs, i was more interested in how he got the supercharger in there hahaha.

I don't know know if there's ways round it there probably is I'm only going by what I've read or been told. I can't say I've noticed his corsa but that's a good point I'll try and look lol.

Yeah it's a nice spoiler I've got a nova abyss spoiler and if I could change it a little bit it would look even better as it's similar but a tiny bit bigger but I'm trying to keep it all original now to the point I'm contemplating nearly £60 for new wiper blades just to keep the gm stamps lol
