poundy i dont seem to have alot of luck with the exhaust side of things! ill have to ring them and see what they say.
Sjdickso Crickey, you really don't have any look with manifolds I thought they where indestructible, maybe you need a Dbalis cast 4-1 item? Hope you get it replaced under warranty.

corsaZ22se ive had a dbilas cast manifold for over 90k miles now after the standard one cracked. even ported it and flowed it as they are realy rough cast inside. been running 170 bhp all that time. hope you get it sorted for free! (y)
poundy spoke to tulletts, and im sending back to them, said its the first one they have had back! so fair enough realy they are going to do some additional strenghtening work on it.

poundy well they are going to pit more weld on between the tubes but they mentioned some additional binding straps running between the connection plate and the tubes

Hopefully that will sort your problems out (y) Are you still having issues with the downpipe flexi as well?
MikeS all the same on the vec carlos there is no front engine mount like on the astra's also the flexi's are in a different position on the vectr'a and they always fail
evocarlos ahh i see then maybe a fix/update while its apart to sort the issue new flexi under the manifold joint like the astra and a shock absorber from bulk head to cylinder head hoist point🙂
