IDI_AMIN I tried to find that picture carlos Thell you need to rotate the crankshaft you have some kind of bar on the inlet sprocket stopping the sprockets turning the chain looks a lot tighter than previous pictures but you should not have that dip when you rotate the crankshaft by hand. so you need to remove bar and rotate the crankshaft if the chain stays straight without the dip when rotating it should be fine
Daz Best way to do it ,is to activate the tensioner before fitting it into the head, that way U KNOW its been activated,
Thell I removed the spark plugs and rotating the crankshaft. then it looks better. But does anyone know how much the tensioner going to be out without oil pressure. it looks like it's fully out now. I had a Z22se but now the new one zz22net. ??

The z20net tensioner is better than the z22se one did put oil down the neck of the tensioner before fitting
Thell No I did not, but looks like it is in its full deflection already. Looks like replacing cam chain and balance chain needed to be done. they are so much more expensive in Sweden. for both around it 500pund.
