banjos came this morning but no pads 🙁

the pads that cam with the discs are worn but will suffice for the moment i sanded them flat with a 400grit das pad and a block of wood

hel pipe fitted and all bleed thru

before and after lol that 13mm is hard to spot

i do really want new disc just for the sake of it lol
went for a 10mile drive and bedded them in some still a bit sloppy but they will do for now 🙂

got a mint alarm siren to made in 2011
it got coved in pcb lacquer but the car still wont find it!

So what OEM part your going to be changing next bud? Interior? Colour change? Tail Lights? Duel exit exhaust? Oooo that would look mega on your coupe!! Make a start on that 😉

i think its todo with the wiring the original one had melted all the terminals in the plug so had to cut it off and fit a new plug but the copper wire was tarnished
will have to trace it back to the engine bay swap it out and hope for the best only other thing i can think of is faulty central locking/alarm ecu

thought about that years ago its not for me the twin exit 🙂
plans are to get a cs slim fan and move the charge cooler rad back then fit a full gsi bumper with the grill
to fit the vec c equal length shaft im going to have to install a vxr drivers hub to take the shaft there's no way to make one to fit from the z20let or a mix and match for the 2 i tryed lol
the vxr rear brake setup going on soon

I need to sort my exhaust for next MOT. Now blowing at the joins at the cat and back box and to quote my local garage who service the coupe ' I can't fix those bird shit welds' So prob going to have to troll fleebay for race tube and new back box.

few astras in the breakers at bloxham nr Banbury which isn't to far off your route tomorrow if you need some wiring loom?
pins had come out of the power sounder on mine, plus bcu had been full of water at some point, all working now thanks to the donner slave corsa. just need to code the new key to the z22 ecu.

yep winter wheels 🙂 will also give me time to get the 18" fixed again its cracked on the lip again the tire was flat and i drove home hit a cat eye while changing lanes and its not been right since
the other rear one goes flat on its own over the space of 3 weeks its becoming a pain

I like them wheels 🙂 what isdues if you just remove the power sounder though Carl? I am the same prefer it all to be correct.

Vxr discs are cheap enuff carl..... for front and rear discs and pads on the wifes came in at £120 i think

i like them to 🙂 it was them or some turbo wheels the power sounder can just be unplugged once the Ignition is on theres no issues from removing it 🙂 i will get to the bottom of it one day (maybe a fuse ive never once looked in the fuse box in all this time)

both! we could hear you in the kitchen. LoL
we used to have a lot more cars, 6 mini's, 1 triumph herald, 1 Vectra B, 1 corsa B & 1 Corsa C.
I only have 2 1/2 cars now. need a corsa D to modify.
