Herd at the end of the vid bud guy saying bhp go down a bit more with the nw fuel pump. How come?
on the 1st run after the 5k rpm limiter was removed the map was lean at the top end (lean is bad but gives more hp)
you can see in this pic the lambda at the bottom rises to almost 1.0 where it should be 0.8 this was the fueling issue

for the 2nd run the fuel line pressure was added to the graph the tester was happy that i had not cut the port off the fuel line and tried to fix it with rubber hose and jubilee clips lol 4.5bar is a lot of pressure
here you can see the thin red line thats fuel prssure and after 4.5k rpm the pump cant keep up to the 4.4bar pressure required (10 year old pump) because it drops off it goes lean at the top end giving more hp

once the new pump is fitted the fuel pressure will stay at 4.46bar from 4.5k rpm to 6k rpm so not to run lean but as it will be getting more fuel at top end a few hp will be lost which is good as its overproducing atm were trying to keep it under 260hp to save to rods from snapping lol
