yeah this other one is as new its not even got any coating missing from the rotors all bearings are tight and theres no play in the gears or coupler and the rotors are balanced and it was cheap as chips 🙂
dry teflon coating

broken bypass valve nipple

barb to fix broken nipple

drill holes in the rotors from inside the charger for balancing

couple of little jobs done ready for fitting tomorrow
fixed the broken nipple

and bent the brake servo pipe straight and refitted it
before and after

inside the lsj throttle body only took it apart to make sure the dents in the cover had not damaged the wipers

some more work on the charger's
zzp boss removed for one charger

fitted to the new one

also checked the oil only 80ml of the 100ml that should be in there
put 100ml of new atf dex2 in 🙂

it now installed 🙂
