plugs pump and bottle cap ?? bottle came from the guy who sent the cap lol but its not here

not really that much different after 48k miles or so

also decided to vacuum test the diaphragm on the bypass valve

bumper fix time seams theres lots of filler in this one thats cracked :S

i hope so this one has the lower grill tabs cut off but means i can get a mahoosive rad in there 🙂

ive now heated it up and pushed it out a bit popped up to halfrauds before they closed and got some parts cheaper than i should have 🙂

gauge pod, bumper filler , sanding pads , stainless steel jubilee clips x 6

the bumper looked like it had bubble gum in it

bodge filler

pack says sets in minutes i had like 37 secs and it went off lol

need a bit more

shapes not to bad now

and no more duct tape holding the boost gauge in place 🙂

when i have time i will mount the pod into the trim 🙂
bumper will hopefully look better with a coat of primer tomorrow

its already has a fiberglass patch on the rear but the bodge filler is flexible so it should stay fast

i've just got done with the high build 2k primer will blast it over with guide coat then flat it back ready for the next coat

i've measured it up also and looks like the 32" rad will fit 🙂

well the front center grill recess is cut so the grill can't be fitted so it will be on show i may fit some gsi style mesh in there for effect 🙂

guide coat
a dry powder type paint applied over the top on the layer bellow to show defects when wet sanding 🙂

1st layer over the repair flatted down

it do sound good 🙂 i wonder what stage 1.02(charge cooler) will be like, dont get stage 1.5 till RR tuned then stage 2.0 and the rods go bang 🙂
