long distance selling act comes into the equation if the seller is a business

I am sure that legally speaking if this goes to a small claims court they ebays rules etc are not taken into account, as soon as you win this it is considered a contract unless you can show otherwise

well i edited the image to not show what i paid just in case my rents are about 🙂 but if it were 5.5k id of bought a vxr lol
but i can tell you they were freehudrednfirtyfree 🙂
just got back from a drive to fetch them after arranging to go pick them up we got there and not a fucking soul in sight
on the phone he tells me after some excuses the guy with the key to the lock up went to alton towers for the day!!

🙂 yeah pain in the arse the price is dropping the more i get messed about 🙂

seats look in good condition just some slight wear on the drivers lower bolster if leather care don't fix it i'll get it repaired locally and an upholstery shop with spray leather

They look good, but I do think the bottom bolster may need some tlc.

That's not a bad price actually for the full set.

new arial mast base (the right one this time)
4 new goodridge stainless banjo bolts (thanks to luke at GRPP)
and the front ARB bushings (thanks to @[deleted] for the speedy shipping)

i think there all built on the same frame just these have the headrest sunk in to the seat

got £15 back for them messing me about

just got finished steam cleaning them and lobbing on the leather care
need to vacuum the few bits of glitter off lol
big stain from the lower passenger seat is now gone
drivers seat bolster wear to a minimum with the leather care on 🙂
next step fit them in the car 🙂

gonna wait till tomorrow till there dry then check the color they may want another steam clean the both lower seats were filthy
will fit the front 1st then remove the rear seats and rear cards as i have new trim clips for the rears broke mine ages ago and they need doing
