Fitted my short shift this evening.. What a pig to do! Took me ages! It does have a shorter shift now which is nice...

On another note, I now have to go sideways off my drive as clearance is 2cm now its lowered! No rushing for me!

Bloke I brought them from said they were on his sons Astra Coupe Turbo

So if they are from the turbo, they should be OK then.

I know the springs I had fitted to the Astra left it feeling a little high, but the ones on the Vectra were just right.

they may be a 60mm kit
have a look under the back and see if the top 3 coils of the springs are touching maybe on the bottom depending on which way the fitted

I think I remember that the top coils were rather close... Hahaha I'm ghetto!!

Attempted to fit the traction control switch and loom, got stuck when there were already pins in #25 & #31 on the abs plug. o_O

Fitted 2nd hand wiper motor, wipers now work and also fitted a 2nd hand indicator stalk so now it returns. (y)

Cars had a quick wash too. 🙂

I'm going to buy one of those machine polishers from work, get rid of the scratches and polish it up :-)
