Cheers, and sourced all the LED's from ebay.. There are people on there that'll sell you a complete kit for the Astra in any colour you like.

Anyway.. Power at the flywheel came out @ 160.2bhp and tourque was 155lb.ft.. So certainly not disappointed with the results.

Just sent you a pm paddy, sorry for the delay.

So... to update anything new with the car. Today ive managed to get my hands on some brand new Irmscher parts including a front lip spoiler and rear spats. So that should help change the profile of the car a little. Also now going through the mind field that is which shocks to go with which springs..! Seems to be endless vairiations. But hey, one thing at a time.

Afternoon, Been a while since I've updated this so thought id bring you all up to seed with the SE2. I spose the main thing to tell you is a couple of weeks ago someone very kindly decided to crash into the front of my car.. It bent the crash bar, and damaged all the radiators. Apart from that you'd never know it had been hit, but that didn't stop the insurance company writing it off. Said the car wasn't worth repairing due to its age..! Still being that the car is a limited edition the price I've arranged with them is... well.... pleasing.🙂

Anyway prior to all that I replaced my SE2 alloys with some 18's. And have to say the car looked amazing but it ruined the ride and comfort. So I dusted off the original ones and put them back on after 2 weeks..! Also changed the exhaust from the full stainless I had back to a full Irmscher system. Looked better, sounded better, fuel improved and car just felt better.

So what's next..... Well I will buy the car back rom the insurance company as its a really easy fix. Then whilst driving around in a car I picked up this weekend for pence, the SE2 will under go a total overall. I don't want to give the whole project away but should be pretty special by the time its finished. I'll keep you all up to date with photos and will welcome any comments or feedback as it progresses.

Also keep your eye on the classifieds. Due to the future plans for the car, my Irmscher grill, my plasma dials, blue LED conversion components, oversize air intake and my garnish centre console, and my SE2 wheels will all be up for grabs. If you want to see what any of those parts look like just scroll through this thread and you'll find the photos.

Update** The new body pannels arrived today...🙂. Not to give too much away, but have an audi RS6 in mind. All very exciting.! Will get some photos up soon.
