What a bastard!!
I decided on a dry run this afternoon to see if the oil pressure switch was the cause of the leak and indeed it was. As Daz said, the oil is leaking through the front where the plug clips on.
I've gouged up my arm again and also ripped my pectoral muscle whilst swinging from the ratchet trying to undo the bolt holding on the starter motor. It really hurts! noth.
That top bolt was a right pig to get to. I had to have my hand up round from underneath to find the bolt then guide in my extension bar to the bolt head with my fingers. Once out I could manouvre the motor out the way to access the oil switch.
I'll order one tomorrow and have a drive over the bridge to my friendly mechanic Daz so that I don't have to lie on the floor again and he can have the experience that I had today. So, over to Daz! :thumbup:
