one must never rule out the quest for more power, thus the provision is made for such improvements :geek:

the saab oil cooler has a built in thermostat, something which the Doc and I don't deem necessary for our engines, so it was removed and I made a blanking plug to make it flow through the cooler all the time
it is a press fit and the end can just be seen in this pic
here is a pic of the idler delete, simply made a couple of blanking plugs and again they were press fit
here is the turbo oil return blanking plug fitted, also a press fit
and finally a pic of the z22yh crank trigger wheel, the crank was fitted just to check all was ok, the block is about to go to the machine shop for some work
