Well, I'm still cycling to work, and have been doing it a lot more as well (including my running)
My route to and from work is 5.85 miles each way.
When I first started, it took me 42 minutes to get to work. I cycled in last night, and did it in 25 minutes 😃
My cycle home from work takes a bit longer, as it's all up hill on the way home, and initially took me 55 minutes to get home. Fastest so far has been 43 minutes, but will see what I do this morning.
Also bought a heart rate monitor last week, and used it for the first time last night.

I've also finally got the bike set up properly, as the gears were shocking. I had to adjust the gear indexing, as when I put it into 4th, it would jump down into 6th! I also had to adjust limit stops for both high and low gear, as I really struggled to get it onto the largest cog, and it would frequently drop off the smallest 🙁 Took a bit of playing about, but got it all set up now.
