How dus the MAP sensor fit into the dbilas manifold? Is it set up in a certain way so the sesor gets an acurate reading? not just a hole in it?

same inlet

Cavaddict (steve) took away the Plenum, Saab inlet gasket and TB gasket

Cavaddict, 2198cc & Myself are meeting up soon
The plan is to come up with a plenum chamber incorporating the best features of the dbilas & GM race items.There should be two versions L/H & R/H to suit VX220, Astra, Vectra and Zafira
there could also be a choice of flange for different TB's

Great to give the car a good run out today (first i've given it). Looking forward to going to work tomoz (for a change) to see what materials are there and to sweet talk the drawing office into writing the cnc programs for the various bits.

Excellent....got it and extracted the inlet drawing. Gonna talk to the cnc guys tomoz and see what we can do. May even wire erode a stack of four yet, will have to see whats quickest.

Quick update.....tight gits at work wanted me to do all the drawing so they can just write the program.....so tis done now (shouldn't complain, it's free (in fact did it in works time so got paid for it( feel better now))). Will take em in tomoz and hopefully i'll be joining the queue on either the miller or a wire eroder. Will keep you posted.
