if the hole needs to be near to existing it should be rectified by bricking up the old hole and then using the appropiate diamond drill(prob 125mm approx 5") then fit the correct size pipe ducting to go through it should as least touch either's sides vent cover, it is an active vent so it will need a cover like the cowl vent that was installed to let air flow freely either in or out,
