Had a fun day out with the misus this morn at my first RR day thanks to Daz and Aly cheers..

My result as follows,

That's a good result. What setting was the box on?

That's a really good result Daz on Aly's Coupe. She must be over the moon with those figures?

She certanly is matt..

An astra vxr turned up after we'd finsished , he got 264 and ...that was with a stage 2 blue fin and an exhaust...
which i thought was not good in all honesty

That's a bit low for stage 2. I'd be thinking more 285ish, and then 300 with stage 3.

I got a few niggles to iron out on the coupe now.....seems to be passing a bit of oil somewhere(not the turbo tho) , so maybe a piston ring , and its sprung an oil leak at the level sensor to which when driving is blowing back onto the exhaust and smoking like hell

box was set on 9 Matt, did think about crankin it up this morn but its been performing well so i thought why spoil a winning streak.

Seansri from aoc run his standard 1.9cdti and it give 160bhp so he done well and it gave me an idea of the difference :thumbup:

My 2.2 hatch put out a satisfying 154.0bhp and 151.3 ft lbs max torque 🙂 was a good day some good results had by some! Daz and Aly's coupe turbo to name one,33bhp more than Daz was expecting!

253.1bhp and 213.4lbs torque. First time on different rollers since the SC. Somewhere in the ballpark and pretty much what I expected. The reason for the torque being down on previous results might be just the different rollers or it might having been that my bonnet wasn't open as the under bonnet temps are still rather hot? Never the less i'm happy with my results. Thanks to Aly and Daz for organizing the event.

We stopped off at Barry Island on the way home. It was packed!! The fairground rides in the centre were shut and don't open until 2nd April but there was still plenty for the kids to do on the front. We had some chips and went for a walk on the beach and then Lauren & Jack wanted to spend some money on the 2p slot machines.

I was really suprised to see that the holiday camp has been bulldozed for a new housing estate. Christine and myself had our first holiday together there when we were in our late teens.

We did go to Barry not long before Lauren was born and it was in an awful state. Its certainly on the up now though. showo..
