That's a pretty good price actually burt. I've seen an average price of £40 per wheel for just rubbing down and painting, so with the shot blasting on top, that's a really good price.

Shame they are so far away from me, as I'd be interested for that price.

that is a good price burt is the whole wheel or just the face ,when i had mine done it was £50 per wheel to have it sandblasted and sprayed for just the face ,although they did blow into the inner rim just to make it tidier, for the whole wheel done it was £70 these prices included vat

The bloke who did my wheel refurb on the Astra blew into the inner wheel.......without cleaning the brake dust off before! And he works for Vauxhall!

thats not good ,at least when mine were done they did clean it up ,even though it still looks rough

You can see it in the above 100% crop. He also sprayed over the old balance weight sticky pads

As far as im aware that was with vat and the whole of the wheels done its powder coating not sprayed so for the temps it has to get to to bake it on they would have to do the whole wheel.

Im a few pounds short of getting them done yet but once ive got the money in a few weeks time ill enquire a bit more about what they do and post the results :thumbup:

I didn't pay them for it 😃

I had to go back 3 times to get it so that all 4 wheels were the same colour.

Thats just ruff matt i would of refused to pay.

Im thinking of getting mine done in white so id be mean if the iners were still silver!
