Baz sent an email to piper today who responded to my email as quick as i sent it anyway they said they would re profile my cams for £200 Question is how easy is it to remove the cams
Daz gotta remove the dreaded chain of them m8...arggh...and u'll need the locking tool as ure not renwewing the chain..
Daz also the caps that hold the cam in place are matched to the head,,,so if u damage one its new head time...

vocky I've got the piper cams, price is £200 + vat or £235 had no problems fitting them, but then again the head was off for +1mm valves and porting 😃

vocky no, I was waiting for a remap first, but the engine is happy enough with the mods I've done, christ knows how notsure.gif but I want throttle bodies and they come with a new ecu, so the remap isn't going to happen, but throttle bodies are 😃
coopa Vocky are there any other items in the head that should be replaced when upgrading / changing the cams? Did you upgrade the valve springs/seats/retainers when you had your cylinder head modified?
