hmm hissing is normal around power steering pump

it sounds like a build up of pressure that releases

as the hissing increases there is a noticable change to the sound of the engine then recovers.... Im curious as to why it ran so well after the oil change and then reverted back.

Update - Sorry for the late update and thank you to all for help.

I arranged to have the timing chain replaced here in Doncaster - The vehicle had been fitted with the new oil feeder pipe, however the balance chain tensioner had snapped causing the chain to jump - so had both replaced at a local garage £600 lighter and runs very well.
