Well, the bleed valve is now pissing water into the hallway. It's had a slow drip since they replaced the boiler, which I didn't initially notice, until the mat had become saturated. Had them back out today, as the pressure in the system had dropped from 2bar to 0.7bar, so they said they checked the valve, and re-filled the system. I don't think they actually checked the correct valve, and re-tightened the new thermostatic valve, and not the bleed valve. Since it's now got 2bar of pressure behind it, it's got a constant drip.
Tried calling the plumber who fitted it all, but no answer as he's probably in bed (usually on call so sometimes answers).
I've had to cut 3 foot from my hosepipe and whack it onto the bleed valve and feed it through the letter box to stop the floor getting worse. 🙁
