Well its back.
So let me fill you in with the story from the last time i posted.
My friend came round and did a compression test he remove all 4 spark plugs at the same time then took the compression of each chamber and got 12.5 over all 4. ( were as i was doing it buy taken 1 plug out putting tester in then replace plug and move to next chamber so i guess i was wrong lol)
any whoo after that we took the throttle body off and intake manifold off cleaned it all out and everything intake had quater of an inch of oil init.
so after we did that and put it back together car ran better for a week now am back to my car with lack of power and juddering NOW and again not all the time 1 minuate you can drive for 5 mins and its perfect next time it can be a right pig.
now took it to a garage bearing in mind that on the 9th on January i put new timing chain and oil and filter. now yesterday 3rd of feb my dipstick was on minimum. from max. the car is a little smoky (white)
my m8 who works at the garage said its breathing very heavy took oil filler cap off and you could feel the pressure hitting my palm. now he said its either a blocked breaker under the rocker? or basicly engine shagged ( so i am assuming piston rings).
what is wrong with my engine i dont know its running lean very lean killed my 3 week old spark plugs ( now replaced) so any help would be 100% greatfull oh and there are no eml lights on at all and op-com gets no faults

btw its not erratic idling any more idles perfect
