That was a ball ache in itself to do that. 3 were being almost impossible with me. I've rang them several times to ask to end my contract early but they just kept talking over me until I gave in and said I would call back again nearer the time.
My contract with 3 officially ends on Feb 9th 2010. The earliest that I can give my 30 days notice would have been Jan 9th with getting a cancellation fee. I was prepared to accept the cancellation fee as it was only £10.12p! So its the fee + 1months line rental to get out of 3's contract. I tried calm, I tried angry and today I just stayed calm and assertive and then asked for the advisors name so that I could report him for bullying tactics. He would just not fuckin give up!
Got the PAC code in the end and that was that! I'm in 2 minds wheather to go ahead and make a complaint to 3 for their style of customer service. They are relentless in bullying you into staying on their network. I know that they don't want customers to leave but they are just horrible to deal with.
