Well it's not been that bad so far. Luckily the sap stays soft, and rinses off with cold water, so I've been making the concious effort to rinse the car down every couple of nights to keep on top of it. :buffer

i rinse mine off every night when i come home as it always has a thin layer of dust that blows accross from the field next to us, quick blast with hose pipe microfibre it dry jobs a good en.

The only issue I've now found is that I'm in a hard water area, so could really do with drying the car as well, but I don't want to mark the paint incase some dust doesn't get rinsed off properly, so I'll just have to put up with slight water marks when the water dries.

get either an in line water filter or just use a water bowser to collect rain water, then use that

I remember Flash bringing out a car washing product similar to this. I had one as a gift and it went back to the shop as there wasn't enough water pressure to make it work correctly.
