Re: whats needed to fit a z20net?
right, weve had a trial run that has gone so well were gonna leave it in for now,
a lot of the issues we've had are starting to go away, and there has been good progress,
the bulkhead issue isn't really a problem it only touches on the screw used to space the heat shielding from the turbo, and thats only the raised lump that was for the boss/manifold thingy to put the air con pipes thro' the bulkhead, it only just touches so well beat that right!
the clutch master cylinder will fit in where it was altho' we shall get a small elbow or bit of braided hose to move it a little bit as when the engine moves about when its up & running it looks pant clenchingly close
as for the flywheel a kind fellow at ttv has offered to make one for me  thanks there!
fuel lines fit already, fuel pump is suitable, coolant systems so similar it won't matter (may even be slightly better as im not using a all in one intercooler and rad)
note to anyone thinking of doing this, when re-assembling the gearbox/lining up clutch and flywheel, remove the thermostat housing.
as we let some of the height off the engine with the hoist and the gear selector mounts (astra g z22se/f23 specific) and the boss crushed the bottom  (as this is a different thermostat housing also),
not a problem coz we would have had to chopped and ali welded any hoo,
