Well I've been able to loose 10lb in the last two weeks since I started doing it all properly again. Want to try and get back down to 12 stone.
and old thread I know, but I've only got 8lb to go until I'm back down to 12 stone :thumbup:
When I started this thread, I was 14 stone 7lb (206lb), today I'm 12 stone 8lb (177lb)
I've also re-joined the gym as I cancelled this just before I bought the Astra, as I stopped going pretty much straight after I started this thread. I can now comfortably run 7km in 50 minutes without stopping, so it's going well for the 10km run in September.
