we have been passed to M.I.B not men in black before someone jumps in lol...... but they said they will cross check everything with the police and do a valuation on my car then we have to pay them 300 to them but they said it can take up to 6months

take the driver of stolen vehicle to a small claims court, if they are under 18 then get their parents to fork out

You won't get fuck all out of the parents or the driver. You got more chance of sproutin a cock out of your forehead! Even if the driver was caught, he probably wouldn't turn up for court anyway.

Ive go everything its asking for, i have a police crime reference number, i have the reg plate in my kitchen, the police had it on video ect ect

i think you should make a claim mate, we all pay out in our insurance for wank3rs who drive with no insurance! my 2.2 got the rear quarter done in by a hit and run person and i could do nothing! the police wouldnt help and the place that got it camera wouldnt let me see for data protection crap!
at least you have the police as a witness which does come better than that! and they are part to blame for the persons driving!

OK just spoke to my mate hes told me not to bother, as he will fix the car cheap for me i just gotta find the parts. he did think the Axel has snapped or whatever but now hes had it on the ramps its not all bad suspension arm, new drivers door and wing, and even the wheels OK so hes told me it will take a couple of week and he will just have his mechanics jump on it at the end of each day............ thanks lads for ur support

Once he starts there's no going back, id claim they will prob let you keep the car too then get it repaired.
