The connector is really clever, it lets you really easily remove the actual pins with a latching mechanism, a big bonus if the loom needs to go through a bulkhead and you need to remove it at some point you won't have to chop the loom

I'm re-looming now I have the chance and know the main vauxhall chassis connector pins exactly (first time was experimental) and the DTA wiring is much easier to plan out due to the nice connector. Should be really neat.
I'm going to write down the exact wire lengths and colours incase someone wants one in the future :wave:

That was quick Rik, good price as that connector is £25 alone..

Looks like you will have this up and running real soon. Ireally must help having the wiring all in place already, I will be following you install...

Rik I will post a link to the site which shows the wiring diagram for the Dyno box and pc connectors, can't seem to get it to load at the moment,
thought it was this one http://www.quantums.info/dtalead.htm might be just down.

yeah dead here too 🙁 Someone told me on dta forum it's just pin 1 to 1 , 2 to 2 etc.. so I should be ok

Details of the DTA serial programming lead and rolling road Potbox.

Serial lead for programming the DTA EXP48 ECU from a laptop.
Potbox is for use on a rolling road for quicker entering of multiple results.

I was looking again at this and found the post I did on pulleys for the Harrop

64mm / 2.5" ~ 27.5 psi
70mm / 2.75" ~ 25 psi
75mm / 2.95" ~ 22.5 psi
80mm / 3.15" ~ 20 psi
85mm / 3.35" ~ 17.5 psi
89mm / 3.5" _15psi

So even if I go 2.5 which would be the smallest I would ever consider that is still just under 2 Bar ( looks for hammer me smilie dunno.. ) so 2.5 is good allowing for a % extra.

So my standard s/c one I have on might be Ok, will check

Although the TVS is better than the M62, it's still a roots blower which do not like to produce boost. I would not pulley to small as efficiency will drop pretty dramatic...

pretty sure you have to add the 1 bar of atmospheric pressure to the pulley values (my map sensor easily gets to 1.6 bar on standard m62 pulley)
(27.7psi = 1.9 bar.. then + 1 bar = 2.9 bar = 42psi)
so the max u could resonably run is 80mm on a 2.5bar sensor
