Finally got it on the rollers....

163.3bhp @6263rpm 8)
154.6ft lbs @ 4616rpm

Have a dbilas exhaust manifold but a few lads are heading back up for more RR action in a few weeks so I left it off to go back with them and get another printout to see if it helps. :thumbup:

Will post graph when I figure out how to drive the scanner :wtf:

Pitty you haven't got the standard inlet fitted, I think that you may have seen a little more power and more torque? Other than that, it seems just about right to me.

TBH the car feels nicer to drive and faster with the 2.4 on... and isnt std torque 149??

The extra torque would have come from the 2.5 inch downpipe, catback system and 200 cell cat. The inlet has been proven to drop torque when the head hasn't been modified and uprated cams fitted. My car was used as the developement car at Courtenay Sport for the 2.4 inlet tuning. It made no difference to mine regarding BHP but dropped the torque. This was prior to the SC and at that point I was already tuned to the Courtenay CS5 package.

Thats about right but as Johnny says the 2.2 inlet may be better, will be intresting to see the gains with the dbilas exhaust mani fitted.

It took me 2 months to get the time to knock that one up :lol: So people might be somewhat displeased with my lead times :wtf:

One thing I have to say is it made the car very loud... It was nice and bearable before but now its cruel to listen to yet still not raspy. Gonna see does it quieten down as it gets filled up with carbon etc, if not I'll have to weld in a middle box :think:

My Courtenay downpipe looks very similar with an HJS 200 cell sport cat. That's connected up to my 2.5 inch Milltek with a middle box and when the charger is singing its loud as fook! But in a nice way!

heres a query...

I fitted the downpipe the night before the rollers and reset the ecu, but I just drove handy to the rollers (50 miles or so) to let it settle down. Would I have been better putting up a few hundred miles before getting it tested???? notsure.gif

Was gonna fit the dbilas this week and go back at the end of march to see if theres any difference showo..
