so get the seller to send you the goods, when you receive them give a feedback and they get their money, if the seller won't send the goods ask paypal for your money back

i phoned pay pal today and went mental at them telling them this is stupid! and why would the seller send me the item when he hasnt got the money and i wont leave feed back unless i get the item! its stale mate and the only person who benifits is pay pal cause they are holding the money

From what I can gather, they have the money, however it is PayPal holding it back for 21 days, unless you leave feedback. IMO, the seller should post your item and wait for the positive feedback from you.

However, what happens if they post the item, you get it, but decide to leave negative feedback.....do they still get paid??

This is a totally counter intuitive system :thumbdown:

i left feed back on his ebay sayin good comunication but not recived item yet to release the money! he is posting the item to me asap, it is such a joke ebay and pay pal are taking the piss out of people by holding money which is not theres! they must be making a mint on all the money they are sitting on!

its these kinda problems that made me decide that whatever i win on ebay,i go and collect and pay on collection.yes,its sometimes a distance to travel but hey,is a roadtrip really that bad?! lol.

i just got beat on a delocked door handle for 20 damn p right at the last minute it was only a quid in the first place so annoying

yep your right its some sort of auction spy or something and it doesnt even show your watching the item not sure what happens if 20 or so people are using the same thing on one item 😃 spose it could bankrupt you by outbidding constantly
