that reagel one dont look to great to many tight bends and no way near equal i bet the standard one is better lol
Scott, we shall try our best to keep the primarys as equal as possible for you but we are quite limited on space and our machines have limited bend radius tooling so i really need to keep each primary made from one piece. We could achieve a perfect equal length one but this would most likely involve cutting and shutting many bends and would probably end up like the TMS one and sadly have a price tag to match 🙁. We shall do our best given the budget and space 😃.

regal seemed to alter the design quite a bit !
the second pic is a 4-1, but it's longer due to being a complete system
the regal shop pic is probably the best design that will fit all z22se engines dunno..
Yeah, i think thats the route we will probably be going. It seems to be the most simple and obvious but wil have to wait and see what we can do once the car is here 🙂

a Question for you Garry from the .org lot,
- can you do the ceramic coatings yourself, and if so how much.?
- Whats the grade of the stainless your using.?
cheers.
We do not do the coating ourselves we need to sub contract that out. It would be the same company we use for all our coatings. We use them alot on our race products and many of our turbo manifolds. They are not the cheapest but we do believe they are the best in the country. As an Example all the work we do for Noble Sports Cars is coated by them and to date have not had an issue. I can only get a quote on the coating by sending them a finished manifold to inspect. Based on previous work i would budget around the £150 - £200 mark.
We use T304 grade stainless steel pipework throughout.
I think this answers all your questions.
Kind Regards
