I have a pannel filter but have not yet fitted it. I am looking at getting a remap but not 110% i should if i am doing other mods after?

I am also looking at getting a manifold how much \BHP am i looking at this?

New SS centre section?

Which mod first and which will peform best results? what..

Pre-cat removal, panel filter, airbox mods, S/S custom exhaust system or straight thru section then a remap will gain you about 10/12bhp. Any major gains after that are head work and cams or enlarged trottle bodies.

Vocky is the man to talk too.

fit the panel filter and fit a cold air feed to the airbox (or the vec C pipe)

make sure your precat has been removed,

get a decent cat back exhaust,

that generally gets the power to a nice level :D

an average rolling road would say 160bhp at the fly what..

I personally prefer at the wheel figures, but they're never reported as they're lower than the fly figure.

the 4-1 exhaust manifold should give a few bhp and the 4-2-1 even more.

serious power increases cost serious money, cams, ported head, throttle body(s)

the remap should always be the last thing to have done.
