What is that cable ?

Today i found this.I think its for the water,because when i put on contact the water light don't come.

outside air temperature sensor for the dash display

But i have temp on BC and its moving ?
Its is broken ?

just not clipped into place, perhaps the clips are broken

it is the outside air temp sensor and just clips into the lower grill in the bumper there's a hole just for it and looking at the pic its not broken

Ah,tnx.I will use this thread to ask another question.
I wan't to listen mp3,but i don't know which is the best way.
Aux is easy,but i want to save my steering wheel controls.I have NCDR1100+Philips CDC3+CID and everything working,but i don't like audio quality.
