To be honest Matt I don't generally look at the emails from the site as I check it pretty regularly each day and most are related to posts I've already looked at. So I haven't actually noticed them mate.

They get sent at around 1pm on a Saturday afternoon.
They look like the below, and just contain the 10 most popular threads from the previous 7 days
