Vectra Z18XER tuning

Morning guys,

I'm looking for free up some more horsepower from my 2007 Vectra Exclusiv and as a start, I have ordered a PiperCross panel filter.

I've read a few threads on the site regarding modding the airbox so that's a possibility when the filter goes in but what should my next step be?

I believe the z18xer inlet system is quite restrictive, so any improvements to that should produce results

You're not wrong there Vocky. I finally got a chance to swap out the panel filter and the car feels a lot livelier now. It was practically asthmatic before but it feels more responsive now and pulls from lower down the rev range. I wasn't able to mod the inside of the airbox but will be looking at that later on.

I was considering a cat-back stainless exhaust system so are there any companies that Griffin fans can recommend? A remap might be on the list as well.
