vectra c intake

ok so i fitted the vectra c intake today , it dosnt seem to line up properly with the air box it sits in front of the bottom pipe to the airbox but slightly at a angle is this normal?

I think a few have had this issue case of a little brute force or a zip tie, watch out as some has it rubbing in the aux belt I think.

will keep in mind i dont think its that far down think its just sat on top radiator hose at min

Mine just has a flexible pipe between the two

just twist the pipe at air box end. I find the real problem is fitting the connector to the vec c pipe as the connector just sits inside it (not ideal)
