Vectra b P0715 fault code

Good morning mates,
Just scaned my vectra b z22se due to recently lack of power, got 3 fault codes (2 asosiated with the gearbox):

P1700 - Malfunction Indicator Lamp Request from Transmission Control Module

P0705 - Automatic Transmission Range Sensor Circuit Malfunction

P0715 - Turbine Wheel Speed Sensor Circuit Malfunction

some1 had this issue?
Can Turbine Wheel Speed Sensor be sorted without replacing the gearbox?

So you got Z22SET ?
p0705 - PRNDL switch needed to be replaced, had to do that on Saab 9-5 last summer.

No mate, z22se with af22 gearbox.
