My Vectra dash lights were changed to white ones before i bought it but now the light on the milage display has given up.

How do i remove the dash to sort it out?

Any advice or just a shove in the right direction would be great.

the instrument panel has to come out

steering column shroud

heater vent thingys need to pop out

and headlight switch box needs to come out

prise em out and undo bolts

that hsould take out the dash surround then u got the surround around the steering column

2 or 3 bolts on instrument panel

takes about 25 mins

i suggest checking the fuse for instrument panel as it might be wrong rating

it is just a fat bulb bottom of the instrument panel

very important

when levering out the instrument panel make sure you correctly unplug the TID/ MID as the connector on the back are fragile and once broken u need a new loom cos it pops out very easily

1. remove steering column shroud
2. remove heater vents using this screwdriver / knife
3. remove headlight switch box using thin screwdriver
4. undo bolts behind the above 2 things
5. remove trim surround for dash
6. remove instrument panel surround
7, undo the screws for insturment panel
8. carefully unplug the TID connection on back
9. slide out instrument panel

tips - u might want to remove the stalks when u screw everything back in

if u need any spare bits contact burt150 as he had most of my stuff :)
