having issues with the fan staying on for the life of me i cant source the fault changed the coolant sensor and then thought it was the plug to the ecu but the ecu is reporting the right temps the fan module looked like it had seen better days so swapped it was better but still came on to early and full speed with no shut down after it drop below 85c
only thing left to look at is the a/c pressure switch
WP_20180112_16_31_59_Pro.jpg

also picked up a new fuel filter and drop links its got a bobble on one side

found the issue with the fan the a/c pressure switch was reading 2600kpa so it was putting the fan on to try and get the gas pressure down simply unplugging the sensor stopped the fan

also gave the car its 1st wash engine bay had a 2ns clean also

changed the pressure switch and now the fan is acting as normal also the ecu is reporting the a/c pressure better 120kpa and not 2600kpa
WP_20180118_12_30_49_Pro.jpg

also changed out the drop links and now its clunk free on the road

all good new seal and csc
WP_20180905_17_50_51_Pro.jpg

had an issue with the high pressure pump again it seems the main bearing for the input shaft had come out of the case just enough to stop the internal pistons being pushed leading to 360kpa and not 5000+kpa
green stud lock and a 10ton press soon fixed it all back o 100% again
